The CineKasimanwa: Western Visayas Film Festival is one of the largest regional festivals in the Philippines. It is organized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the Cine Kasimanwa organization. This festival is organized across six Western Visayas provinces (IloIlo, Capiz, Negros Occidental, Antique, Aklan, and Guimaras). The main program run in December and the screenings for international and experimental films take place in January.
